We invite you to see our serene, manicured grounds complete with grassy areas, streams and ponds. Normandy Village is a lovely community where there are people of all ages who enjoy coming home to a relaxing retreat at the end of a busy day.
Normandy Village has been a family owned complex that was started in 1965. It consists of 69 buildings with the last ones built in 2012. There are 380 rental apartments. We offer One Bedroom, Two Bedroom and Tri Level (Townhouse) units.
We have a full maintenance staff including landscaping and grounds keeping. We have off street parking and some of our units have garages. Summer is fun at Normandy Village’s in ground pool with lifeguard.
Normandy Village is in walking distance to super markets, Shops at Nanuet and Main Street shopping. We are located close to public transportation offering train and bus service to New York City and major highways including New York Thruway, Palisades Parkway & Garden State Parkway.
